Common questions

It isn't counting my reps. Stand the phone up 2–3 m away so your whole body is in frame, in good light. gymBuddy only counts complete reps.

How do I cancel gymBuddy Pro? On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → gymBuddy → Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I restore my purchase? Open the paywall in gymBuddy and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Is my video uploaded? No. Video is processed on your device and never recorded, stored or sent anywhere. See the Privacy Policy.
